FAQs

By ordering chocolates, you acknowledge that you understand

that your chocolates may be damaged during the shipping process.

Will my chocolates arrive in good condition?

To maintain a chocolate's quality, it must be kept within a certain temperature range (13 - 22 degrees C) and insulated from vibration over time. Although we try our utmost best to prepare chocolates for travel by using padding, insulation and ice packs, the quality of the chocolates may be affected during shipping.  We recommend you do not order chocolates during a warm period or if you are in a warm area.
