Not only is Yuki Nakamura the executive Director of Nakamura Chocolates, with operations in Australia and across Japan, she is a practicing artisan chocolatier, hand making award winning chocolates. She believes in the power of chocolates to bring joy, and she is concerned with how we eat, championing what she calls the ‘ceremony of food’ for better physical and mental health.

Yuki is also an active public speaker and panellist, talking on doing business in Japan, and providing inspiration and insights for women on how to become successful businesspeople in male dominated food professions while juggling demanding home lives. Nakamura Chocolates is a WA Export Awards finalist, multiple Perth Royal Show Champion Chocolate winner and Yuki is a sitting board member for the Australia Japan Foundation.
