The 2011 Easter box was Chocolatier Nakamura’s first Easter offering.  A dark and milk selection were carefully designed and crafted by Chocolatier Nakamura herself. A single large egg was hand decorated and set in a hand formed basket of chocolate.  Surrounding it were 6 smaller eggs which were also hand decorated and filled with a rich chocolate ganache.  Accents of gold added to the luxurious designs and colours.

The boxes themselves were imported from Japan and decorated with traditional patterns from Yuki Nakamura’s home town.  Each box was closed with a wax seal of Chocolatier Nakamura’s family crest and her hanko (a red stamp that acts as a signature).

The selection was a great success, inspiring Yuki Nakamura to keep exploring the aesthetic and culinary delights of chocolate.
